The game is free. These terms matter mainly if you take out the optional subscription, and the part that most needs saying is the cancellation right, which is further down and is not buried on purpose.

Playing costs nothing and needs no account. It is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available at any particular moment: it runs on one server, and that server gets restarted for updates, which ends any match in progress. Nothing here is a guarantee of uptime.
One display name belongs to one account. Names that are used to advertise, to impersonate somebody, or that are abusive can be changed or removed. So can leaderboard entries that were obviously not achieved by playing. Accounts used to harass other players can be closed.
One product: it removes the interstitial adverts for as long as it is active. You choose the price from the amounts offered, it is billed monthly by Stripe, and it renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment; the current month runs to its end. The adverts come back when the subscription lapses.

If you are a consumer in the EU you have fourteen days to withdraw from the subscription, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us in a plain statement (email is fine) that you are withdrawing. We will refund what you paid within fourteen days, using the same means of payment. Where you have asked for the service to begin immediately, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part already used.
Codes are handed out individually and can be withdrawn if they are used to spam, to mislead about what KLOTZO is, or to generate self-referred purchases. The revenue share is a percentage of real, completed payments, and it is paid by hand.
Do not use modified clients, automation, or anything else that puts scores on the board that were not played. Do not attack the service. Both cost other people the thing they came for.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation is breached, and then only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. This does not affect liability under the German Product Liability Act. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms can change. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, subscribers will be told by email before it takes effect, with the option to cancel.
